LaZy Sunday sipping Zardetto Prosecco

Sunday Brunch in our house generally starts with a kick-off wine. A wine that will get the party going, get our palates ready (but not confused) for the food and wine to follow. Kick-off wine is generally something sparkling, an aperitif wine that is not too sweet and not too dry. Today, we reached for Zardeto Prosecco; crafted from the vineyards of the Conegliano hills of Italy, by a family whose wine legacy can be traced nearly 100 years.

The Wine:

Zardetto Prosecco

Zardetto Prosecco

A beautiful pale-yellow diamond color in the glass with lively bubbles; aromas of fresh linen breezes with light fruit flavors of apricot, white peach and honeydew mellon. The finish is lively, leaving your palate ready for another sip!
100% Glera | Stainless Steel fermentation | Alcohol 11.5% | Retails $16

Many thanks to WINEBOW, Fabio Zardetto and  Winemaker Renzo Moret for providing the Wine.

  1. My favorite prosecco! This reminds me to go get a bottle because I always like to have one on hand.
